Rural PCN Strategy & Operations Lead

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Strategic Leadership and Development lead to support the Clinical Director and PCN member practices in developing and implementing strategic and business plans for rural health delivery across the network.

You will oversee operational management, financial oversight, workforce planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring targets are met, compliant reporting, and effective collaboration among practices and external partners.
