SaaS Commercial Counsel - UK Data Privacy & Deals (12m FTC)

OneAdvanced Limited, based in Birmingham, seeks a capable Legal Counsel for a 12-month maternity cover in a hybrid role (at least one day per week from our Birmingham HQ). You will support the business across the UK and Ireland, negotiating SaaS contracts and advising on data protection and privacy matters.

Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will collaborate with Sales and GTM teams and participate in strategic commercial projects, ensuring high standards and ethical compliance.
