Safeguarding Lead - Child Protection Specialist (Temporary)

Outwood Academy City Fields in Wakefield is seeking a Safeguarding Officer on a temporary maternity cover basis. The role coordinates safeguarding referrals, manages documentation, and liaises with external agencies to protect vulnerable students and families.

You will work 37 hours per week, term-time plus five days, and report to the HR team. The successful candidate will bring substantial child-protection experience and a proactive approach to safeguarding within a school setting.
