Salaried GP 4-8 sessions - Centre Practice
Fareham Centre Practice is a supportive, well organised, and successful training practice located on the beautiful South Coast.
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our team of 6 partners, Salaried GPs and Retainers.
Fareham is a coastal market town on the Solent offering a range of activities such as water sports, cycling and walking and is well known for its quality of life, being voted second best town to live in Britain.
- Training practice on a single site with 16,500 patients
- Excellent team with extensive admin support and Nursing and Nurse Practitioner teams
- Strong educational and supportive ethos
- Daily protected GP meetings for clinical discussion and peer support
- Well organised practice allowing us all to leave on time with excellent work life balance
- Part of Fareham and Portchester PCN, with colleagues including: MSK physio, home visiting team, and social prescribers, etc

- In house mentor scheme for salaried GP’s
- Option to enrol in funded “New to Practice Fellowship” for 1 session/week
- 9 weeks annual leave including BH’s (including one week’s study leave)
- Option to develop interests such as minor ops/surgery/training
