Healthii People are delighted to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking GP practice near Trowbridge , who are looking to welcome an experienced Salaried GP to their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking to join a practice that places a genuine emphasis on education, colleague wellbeing and delivering high-quality patient care .

Practice

• Over 15,000 patients
• Training practice with a strong passion for education
• 4 GP Partners alongside a number of Salaried GPs
• CQC rated Good
• SystemOne
• Modern, purpose-built facilities
• Outsourced document management to reduce GP administrative workload
• Daily 30-minute GP coffee catch-up, providing dedicated time for the clinical team to connect and discuss cases
• Regular wellbeing initiatives and fantastic team events throughout the year, including summer and Christmas socials

The Role

• 6 sessions per week
• Flexible working days
• 15-minute appointments
• A mixture of telephone and face-to-face consultations
• BMA-style contract
• Supportive and collaborative clinical environment
• Flexible start date for the right candidate

About You

The practice is ideally looking for a GP with:

• 2+ years' post-CCT experience
• A commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• An interest in working as part of a collaborative and supportive team
• A positive approach to learning, development and education
