Salaried GP

Salary & Benefits

• Circa £12,500 per session rising to £13,000 after 6 months
• Indemnity paid
• NHS pension
• 6 weeks annual leave

• Continuation of service included for sick pay and maternity pay

Workload & Structure

• 4–6 sessions available
• 15‑minute appointments throughout
• No home visits
• No traditional Duty Doctor
• ANP‑led triage model
• Mixture of pre‑booked and same‑day appointments
• Pooled list with fair‑share admin only
• Daily whole‑team clinical meeting at 1:30pm

Requirements

• Qualified as a General Practitioner
• Registered with the GMC
