Our client is a well-established and successful business with an expanding customer base. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven background in B2B sales, account management, customer development and social media-led sales activity .

The role is primarily office-based and will involve managing an established portfolio of customers, developing long-term relationships, increasing account spend and generating new business through telephone, email and social media channels .

The Role

As a Sales Account Manager , you will take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, developing relationships and maximising commercial opportunities. You will also proactively identify and engage with new prospects through traditional sales methods and social media.

You will combine account management, telesales, business development, social selling and relationship management , with a strong focus on customer retention, revenue growth and new business generation.
