Sales Administrator – Temporary, Part-Time
Location: Gourdon, Aberdeenshire
Hours: 20 hours per week – ideally 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary, Part-Time
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a specialist manufacturing business based in Gourdon on a temporary, part-time basis.
This is a varied, hands-on position that will see the successful candidate supporting the day-to-day sales administration and order process, helping ensure customer orders progress smoothly from initial processing through to despatch.
The role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment, is confident communicating with customers by telephone and email, and can comfortably manage several priorities at once.
The Role
Working as part of a supportive team, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

Processing and coordinating customer orders from start to finish
*
Managing customer and internal email correspondence
*
Keeping order processing and in-house systems accurate and up to date
*
Preparing customer quotations
*
Supporting communication relating to orders and despatch
*
Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries
*
Completing general and ad hoc administrative duties as required
The Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience within an administration, sales administration or order processing role
*
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
*
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
*
Confidence dealing with customers by telephone and email
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*
A proactive and dependable approach to day-to-day administration
*
Previous Sage experience, which would be advantageous
