Are you an organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator looking for a role where you can make a real impact?
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to become a key part of our operations team, providing outstanding support to customers and ensuring orders are processed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.
Working closely with Sales, Production, and Logistics, you'll play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relationships, coordinating orders, resolving queries, and helping deliver a first-class customer experience.

The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery Providing customers with order updates, lead times, and delivery information Managing order queries, returns, and account-related enquiries Maintaining accurate customer and order information within the ERP system Liaising with Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure orders progress smoothly Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements Escalating technical or warranty-related queries to specialist teams when required Supporting continuous improvements within customer service and order processing activities What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Processing, Customer Support, or Account Administration role Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly approach Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively Confident using ERP, MRP, CRM, or order management systems A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments Experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or technical product environments would be advantageous What's in it for You?
