Location: Kenilworth Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 + 5k bonus (paid quarterly) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity
We are currently representing a well-established and growing software company that is looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to join its busy commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a sales team with the smooth running of day-to-day processes.
The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across the sales function, ensuring customer information, orders, quotations, renewals and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.

Process sales orders, quotations, renewals and related documentation.
*
Maintain accurate customer and sales records on internal systems and CRM.
*
Assist with the preparation of quotations, proposals and other sales documentation.
*
Monitor subscription and contract renewal dates.
*
Liaise with customers regarding administrative queries, documentation and account information.
*
Support the sales team with updating and maintaining sales pipelines.
*
Process invoices and assist with relevant sales and finance administration.
*
Coordinate information between sales, finance, customer service and other internal departments.
*
Ensure customer records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
*
Assist with reporting, spreadsheets and general sales administration.
*
Follow up outstanding information and ensure sales processes are completed efficiently.
*
Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial team when required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales administration, commercial administration, office administration or customer service role.
You will ideally have:

Strong administrative and organisational skills.
*
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Good written and verbal communication skills.
*
Confidence dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
*
Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
*
Experience using CRM or business management systems would be advantageous.
*
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
*
The ability to work well as part of a team.
*
Previous experience within a software, technology or B2B environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
