Entry-Level Sales Advisor – Based in Colchester

Full-Time Equivalent - Immediate Starts Available!

Are you looking to develop new skills within a customer-facing environment

Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in the heart of Colchester, is currently recruiting Entry-Level Sales Advisors to support ongoing expansion. They are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong English communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to support customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of recognised brands and non-profit clients.

The role involves engaging with customers in residential-based environments, delivering a professional customer experience and supporting customer acquisition activities.

Important Note: Our client is only able to consider candidates who are eligible to work in the UK and have full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week). Unfortunately, they are unable to accept applications from current international students.

Key Attributes Needed:

• Full-time Equivalent Availability (5 full working days per week, Monday to Saturday)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong English communication skills
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
