Sales & Customer Service Advisor - No Cold Calling
Location: Brownhills Salary: £13.75 per hour (£28,600 annual equivalent) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm Job Type: Temporary to Permanent or Permanent
We are recruiting for an established specialist business in Brownhills who are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This is a genuine inbound sales role with no cold calling, working with trade and retail customers across the UK.
No technical product knowledge is required - full training is provided.
The role
You’ll be helping customers identify the right products and spare parts, dealing with enquiries and processing orders.
Duties will include:

Handling inbound calls and emails
*
Helping customers identify products and spare parts
*
Processing orders and preparing quotations
*
Checking stock, pricing and availability
*
Resolving customer queries
*
Following up enquiries
*
Liaising with purchasing, warehouse and other internal teams
About you
We’re open to candidates from a customer service, internal sales, sales administration, order processing, parts, automotive, engineering, machinery or trade counter background.
You’ll need to be:

Confident and comfortable on the telephone
*
Customer-focused with good communication skills
*
Organised and accurate
*
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
*
Keen to learn technical products and specifications
