We are looking for an experiencedSales & Estimating Support Coordinator to join a growing engineering and manufacturing business.

This role providesadministrative, organisational and commercial support to the Estimating Engineers , helping ensure customer enquiries and quotations are handled accurately and efficiently.

You will work closely with:

• Estimating Engineers
• Sales
• Engineering
• Manufacturing
• Supply Chain
• Customers and suppliers

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate incomingRFQs and quotation enquiries .
• Provide day-to-day admin support to the estimating team.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and trackers.
• Ensure drawings, CAD files and customer information are available.
• Chase outstanding information from customers and internal teams.
• Request and track supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Assist with preparing and submitting customer quotations.
• Monitor quotation deadlines and provide progress updates.
• Maintain reports and estimating KPIs.
• Coordinate information between Estimating, Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Support Estimating Engineers with material costs, supplier pricing and historical data.
• Maintain accurate quotation and customer documentation.
• Respond to quotation status queries from customers and internal teams.
• Identify ways to improve the estimating administration process.

About You

You will ideally have experience in:

• Sales Support
• Estimating Support
• Commercial Administration
• Engineering Administration
• Manufacturing Administration

You should also have:

• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confidence chasing information and progressing outstanding actions.
• Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word .
• Experience working with technical documents or customer specifications.

Desirable

• Experience supportingEstimating Engineers or Sales Engineers .
• Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Knowledge ofMRP/ERP systems .
• Experience with RFQs and quotations.
• Understanding of manufacturing terminology and processes.

Qualifications

A qualification inBusiness, Engineering or a related subject is advantageous, but relevant industry experience will be considered.
