Fuller’s is seeking a Sales & Events Manager for The Bear on Rodborough Common. You will execute pre-booked strategy, deliver revenue and event targets, and drive new business through outbound activity.

You will manage systems, maintain records, deliver bespoke events, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service. A passion for hospitality, strong organizational and negotiation skills are essential.
