Salary - £30,000 per year + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and consistently high levels of service.
• Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Support the wider team in maintaining excellent visual and operational standards.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, collections and brand values.
• Actively contribute to the success and commercial performance of the store.

About You:

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within premium or luxury fashion.
• Confident, personable and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with a genuine passion for achieving targets.
• A proactive and positive team player.
• Well-presented with a professional approach.
