• Support day-to-day sales and customer service activities.

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Assist with identifying customer needs and suitable products or services.

• Support follow-up communication with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Assist with preparing sales information, updates and reports.

• Work with internal teams to support customer requirements.

• Help maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

• Support sales administration and general commercial tasks.

• Contribute towards agreed sales and team objectives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous sales, retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
