Sales Consultant (Full-Time)

Location: Hampshire & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £40,000-£66,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Overview

The role involves attending pre-booked appointments at customers' homes to carry out home assessments and provide quotations for high‑quality windows, doors, conservatories, porches and other home improvement products. All appointments are generated through the company’s marketing campaigns and are pre‑qualified and confirmed before they reach the consultant. The focus is on delivering excellent customer service and closing sales.

No cold calling, door knocking or canvassing. Every appointment is warm and pre‑booked.

Responsibilities

• Attend warm, pre‑booked customer appointments.
• Carry out home assessments and provide quotations.
• Recommend the most suitable products for customers’ needs.
• Travel to and from customer appointments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Document sales activities and progress through the company systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• A strong desire to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Training & Development

Full paid training is provided. Previous sales experience is not essential.
