Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.
- Present and demonstrate products/services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends observed in Oxford .
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer satisfaction, with a willingness to work in a hybrid capacity from our Oxford location.
