Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally within renewable energy, clean tech, sustainability, utilities, or adjacent industries.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about sustainability and motivated by performance-based growth in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Identify and qualify potential customers in commercial and enterprise renewable energy markets.
• Book meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect pipelines using CRM systems.
• Research target companies, industry trends, and energy needs to personalize outreach.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting-generation KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all interactions and sales activity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into commercial or enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with solar energy, energy efficiency solutions, EV infrastructure, or green technology markets.
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar sales platforms.
• Exposure to international markets (UK, EU, US, or MENA regions).
