£30,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission + Career Progression Hybrid Working | Full-Time | London

We’re working with an established and growing technology business that helps organisations navigate their IT requirements through tailored solutions across hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure and managed services.

They are now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing commercial team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident, ambitious and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in technology and sales.

As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers and creating qualified opportunities for the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research new prospective customers Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn Generate and qualify new sales opportunities Build strong relationships with prospective clients Understand customer challenges and identify potential IT solutions Book qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM Work closely with Account Managers and senior sales professionals Consistently work towards and exceed activity and pipeline targetsWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, lead generation or an SDR/BDR role Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills Driven, resilient and motivated by targets Commercially aware with a proactive approach Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects Strong organisational skills and attention to detail An interest in IT, technology or business solutions would be highly beneficial A genuine desire to develop and progress within a sales careerWhat’s On Offer?
