Our client is seeking an ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representative to join their team in Norwich . This role is focused on identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating the sales process, and ensuring a smooth handover to the account executives. You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and contributing to the company's revenue growth. This position offers a dynamic hybrid work model, allowing for both collaboration in the office and focused work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our client's offerings.
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role is desirable.
