The role

CARISA is looking for an ambitious Sales Director (Designate) – Designer Radiators to lead and grow our UK sales operation within the premium designer radiator market.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to make a real impact while developing towards a future Sales Director role. You will be responsible for increasing revenue, strengthening brand presence, and building relationships across the KBB, interior design, architecture, specification, and trade sectors.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will shape the sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and help drive the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Develop and deliver the UK sales strategy to achieve growth objectives Build, Lead, coach, and support a national field sales team Build relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, retailers, and trade partners Identify new opportunities across luxury interiors and specification markets Manage key accounts and high-value projects Monitor sales performance, targets, forecasting, and reporting Work with marketing and operations teams to strengthen brand awareness and customer experienceAbout our company

Ideally, you will have:

Experience within designer radiators, heating, bathrooms, KBB, interiors, or a related sector Proven success building and managing sales teams and key accounts Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills The ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approachWhat’s next
