The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving individual sales and financial targets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
• Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
• Managing enquiries from showroom, telephone and online channels
• Advising customers on finance and additional products
• Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
• Following up enquiries and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Completing sales administration accurately
• Preparing vehicles and ensuring a smooth customer handover
• Achieving agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets

About You

We're looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive. You'll ideally have:

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Automotive sales experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional approach
• Strong commercial awareness
• Ability to work towards and achieve targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
