About the role

HSB Technical Ltd, a specialist recruiter in the Power & Propulsion, Shipbuilding, Maritime Shipping, Energy and Subsea sectors, is hiring a Sales Executive to provide consultative solutions from our client’s product portfolio to UK and European businesses. The role involves outbound sales across digital, events and sponsorships, managing client relationships, sourcing and converting new business opportunities, and maintaining regular contact with prospective, former and existing customers via calls and social media.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative solutions from the client’s product portfolio to UK and European clients
• Conduct outbound sales across digital, events and sponsorships on multimedia channels
• Manage client relationships and accounts effectively
• Source and convert new business opportunities
• Maintain regular contact with prospective, previous, and existing customers via calls and social media
• Achieve targets, KPIs and business goals
• Work to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in media & events
• Strong pipeline management and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior professionals
• Resilient, target‑driven and motivated by results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
