You'll guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from first enquiry to handover , while working closely with your colleagues to ensure the branch achieves its overall performance targets .

• Customer engagement - Managing customer enquiries both in person and online, ensuring every interaction reflects the branch's high standards.
• Vehicle demonstrations -Delivering professional demonstrations and test drives that build trust and confidence.
• Needs analysis -Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and packages.
