Sales Floor Supervisor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Floor Supervisor to oversee operations and lead the sales team in their retail store located in Sheffield . This role is crucial in ensuring a dynamic and efficient sales environment, providing excellent customer service, and driving revenue. You will be responsible for supervising sales associates, managing floor operations, and ensuring merchandise is presented effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail sales, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide sales associates on the shop floor, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, set daily targets, and motivate the team to achieve them.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, stocked, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
• Assist customers with product selection, answer queries, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage stock levels on the sales floor and liaise with the stockroom team for replenishment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail sales floor operations and visual merchandising.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as required by store operations in Sheffield .
