Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to optimize performance and foster professional development.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure profitable execution of sales plans.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Management role, with a minimum of 5 years in sales and at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through team leadership.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership , coaching, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
