Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across Scotland .

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and pipeline management to closing deals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners throughout the region.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Management role with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of the Scottish market and sales dynamics within it.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
