Property Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales function to achieve agreed revenue and growth targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand existing accounts and win new business. Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions. Identify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and closing. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales approaches. Coach and support team members to improve performance, pipeline quality, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience a a property sales manager or Senior Sales Negotiator, valuations. Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at multiple levels. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of delivering results. Commercial awareness and the ability to translate market insight into actionable plans. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage pipeline, priorities, and deadlines. Experience producing sales forecasts and performance reporting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident professional presence. Technical competence with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to support customer outcomes. Relevant sales qualification (for example, CIM, CMI, or equivalent) is desirable. Full UK driving licence (where travel to customer sites is required).
