About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team based in Brighton . This leadership role involves driving sales performance, mentoring and developing sales professionals, and contributing to the strategic direction of the sales department. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This hybrid role offers a blend of office-based collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing for effective team management and personal productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of sales methodologies, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately for senior management.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales , with at least 2 years in a Sales Management or team leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office-based work.
