About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support their sales team in a fully remote capacity. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process by managing sales tools, data, and reporting. You will work closely with sales leadership and the broader operations team to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing user support.
- Develop and generate regular sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Assist in the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless lead-to-cash processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Operations , CRM administration, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sales professionals.
