Our client is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative specializing in Medical Devices to join their team serving the Liverpool area. This hybrid role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote and sell innovative medical equipment. You will be responsible for understanding complex clinical needs and demonstrating how Our client's products can provide effective solutions. This position requires a blend of field sales activity and remote administrative work, offering a dynamic career path within the healthcare sector in Merseyside.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of medical devices to healthcare providers within an assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D to provide feedback on market needs and product development.
- Manage administrative tasks, including CRM updates and expense reporting, from a remote or office setting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales field.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively in a hybrid model.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
