Salesforce Transformation & Migration Lead

Aviva is seeking an experienced Transformation Migration Lead to define and deliver the end-to-end migration strategy for the HEVO programme. You will drive governance, readiness and cutover activities across business and technology teams, balancing regulatory requirements with long-term simplification goals.

The role requires leading complex data migration activities, ensuring data quality and auditability, and shaping the migration approach for a Salesforce-enabled modern platform.
