SAP SuccessFactors Analyst: HR Tech & Reporting Pro

Picture More Ltd is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Systems Analyst to join its People Systems team during an exciting HR tech phase. You will support a recently implemented SAP SuccessFactors platform, focusing on Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals and Learning.

In this role you will analyse requirements, develop HR reports and dashboards, and work with stakeholders to optimise system performance while ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling.
