SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (Remote)

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support the delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This hands-on role requires strong expertise across EC, Time Off, MDF, Position Management and HR data migration, delivering scalable EC solutions.

You will lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders and drive HR data automation, security and workflow enhancements across core HR and employee data environments.
