SC-Cleared HR Support Specialist (Defence)

DSTL in Salisbury is seeking a HR Support (Inside IR35) for a 12-month contract, working 3 days a week on-site. SC clearance is essential. You will provide 1st/2nd line HR support, maintain records, support recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to HR projects and Learning & Development initiatives.

The role requires strong HR policy knowledge, confidentiality, and ability to produce HR reports, with excellent communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
