Scale-Up Composites Manufacturing Engineer

Electus Recruitment Solutions is assisting a defence/aerospace client in London, West Sussex and the South Coast to recruit a Manufacturing Composites Engineer. The role is permanent with a preference for minimum two days onsite.

You will define and improve the manufacturing plan for composite products, assess capacity and shifts, drive transition from prototype to production, and collaborate with engineering to ensure manufacturability in a scaling business.
