Scheduler

We're recruiting a proactive and organised Scheduler to coordinate maintenance and engineering activities across a busy service operation. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy problem‑solving, this role will suit you well.

What you'll do:

• Schedule and allocate maintenance jobs using modern scheduling software
• Ensure engineers or subcontractors attend jobs within agreed SLAs
• Track job progress, documentation, parts, and completion
• Reassign or follow up on incomplete work to keep workflows moving
• Support first‑time fix performance by deploying the right resources

What we're looking for:

• Experience in service delivery, engineering coordination, or a contact centre
• Strong IT skills and confidence using scheduling or workflow systems
• Ability to stay calm, organised, and effective under pressure
• A creative, solutions‑focused approach to planning and problem‑solving

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the intention of moving to a permanent position after three months.
