• Hours: MondayFriday, 8:30am4:00pm
• Start Date: 2nd September
• Duration: 13 months (The school is recruiting for a permanent role, so the option to apply is possible)

Requirements

• Proven office experience in an administrative or clerical role within an educational or similar environment
• Knowledge of SIMS
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive), and data entry systems
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated typing speed and accuracy for document preparation and correspondence
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
• Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
• Ability to perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing schedules effectively
