Location: Oldham Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temporary, initially up to 2 months Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (40-minute lunch) Potential: Permanent opportunity may be available

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting an experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming SEND school in Oldham.

This is a temporary position covering the departure of a current administrator while the school recruits for a permanent replacement. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.

The school is part of a large SEN Multi-Academy Trust, meaning there may also be wider opportunities within the Trust for strong and experienced administrators looking to build a long-term career in education.

The successful candidate will be an experienced school administrator who can hit the ground running and confidently support the day-to-day running of a busy school office.

Essential Requirements:

Previous school administration experience is essential Experience working within a busy school office environment Strong organisational and communication skills Experience managing pupil records, attendance, correspondence and general administration Professional and confident when dealing with staff, parents, pupils and visitors Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for oneDesirable Experience:

Experience using Arbor - preferred Experience using Iris - desirableThe Role:

You will provide administrative support across the school office, acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents, pupils and visitors. Duties will include maintaining accurate records, managing calls and correspondence, supporting attendance processes and providing general administrative support to the wider school team.
