School Carer: Student Support & Inclusion | Term-Time

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated Carer to provide specialist support to a student in a mainstream school. You will assist with personal care, mobility and therapeutic programmes while promoting independence, inclusion and wellbeing during the school day.

You will work closely with the SENDCo, teaching staff and families, contributing to EHCP outcomes and using specialist communication tools. The role offers CPD through the Redhill Teaching Hub and a supportive appraisal framework.
