JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for a School Caretaker to join their team on a static site in Middlesbrough. This caretaker role will initially be on a contract basis. MUST have an enhanced DBS.
HOURS
Monday to Friday
Rotational shift pattern
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance and cleaning duties on site
- Key holder - opening and locking building
- Liaising with contractors on site
Requirements for the role
- Must have an enhanced DBS
- Maintenance experience
