School Catering Supervisor: Food Service & Team Lead

Chartwells in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, contracted to 43.2 weeks per year).

You will manage kitchens and service counters, drive exceptional food standards and customer service, and lead from the front to develop your team within Compass Group UK&I, valuing safety and teamwork every day, while representing the brand with consistency and integrity.
