School Dining Catering Manager - Lead Kitchens & Teams

Chartwells is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week across 44 weeks per year.

You will manage kitchens and service counters, ensuring top-quality food experiences while driving KPIs, budgets and health & safety standards. This role offers progression and rewards employees who excel in service and leadership.
