School FM Site Manager: Lead Safe, Smooth Operations

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Site Manager to lead on-site FM services at a Midlands school. The role is based on site with typical Monday to Friday hours aligned to site needs, traveling occasionally across Trust sites.

You will manage a on-site team, coordinate M&E, building fabric, cleaning and caretaker duties, ensure safety, SLA compliance, and oversee contractors. The position requires hands-on leadership and a proactive customer-focused approach.
