School Healthcare Assistant: Tracheostomy & Diabetes Support

Valence School invites applications for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to provide one-to-one support during the school day for students with complex medical needs. The role includes close collaboration with nurses and therapists to ensure safety, wellbeing and learning access.

Hours are 8:30am–3:30pm (6.5 hours) and term-time style with additional paid training and a generous pension. Training on tracheostomy and diabetes management is provided to support delivery of high-quality care.
