School Librarian: Cultivate Reading & Community Impact

The Oxford Academy is seeking a School Librarian to run a vital space at the heart of the school, welcoming pupils and supporting reading culture. You will manage resources, coordinate library staff and volunteers, and collaborate with the Littlemore Community Library to build local links.

You will contribute to improving literacy standards through reading tests and targeted interventions, with CPLD and guidance provided within our trusted network.
