School Link Worker: Family Support & Wellbeing Champion

Howard of Effingham School in Leatherhead is seeking a dedicated family support worker to help improve life outcomes for pupils and families across the Effingham Learning Partnership.

The role is 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year on a fixed term contract until 31 August 2027, with responsibilities including safeguarding, parent engagement, attendance support, and co-ordination of family services across the Effingham Learning Partnership.
