School Site & Facilities Lead

Heartwood Learning Trust in York seeks a proactive Site / Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our school site. You will lead the cleaning, caretaking and grounds teams, supervise maintenance and repairs, and manage contractors to keep the site safe, clean and well‑maintained for pupils, staff and visitors.

You will act as a key holder, respond to call-outs, and ensure health and safety compliance across the buildings and grounds.
