School Site Manager: Lead Facilities & Safety

Outcomes First Group’s Blenheim Schools unit is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Milbourne Lodge Prep in Esher. You will lead the facilities team, maintain safety, security, and presentation of the school site, and coordinate contractors to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

You’ll oversee maintenance programmes, manage risk assessments, and work with the Bursar and leadership team to uphold safeguarding and school values while driving continuous improvements.
